DIY Awards has excellent customer service! I reached out to them to see if they could expedite an award for an employee that gave us short notice for their retirement. The photo of the award online does not do it justice. When I opened the box, I was thoroughly impressed by the quality of the award and the color fill of the text. It was an award I knew the recipient would be proud to display. We will definitely be ordering more awards from DIY in the future.

When I placed my order, I didn't request expedited shipping, but then plans changed and I needed my order ASAP. I emailed DIY Awards and they immediately responded and confirmed they could expedite my order. It was a great service experience!
