Just be careful when ordering a size
Creating my DIY award required some effort, but I was really impressed with the final result. What I appreciated most was the ability to include more text than I could with other award services. Unfortunately, I initially ordered the wrong size, so make sure to double-check your selection. However, the second item I ordered was perfect.

The awards are top notch! Love that you can still put your own touches on them to make them specific with colors, logos, and words. Review draft shows up as expected for approval, and it is a quick turnaround on the product itself.

The service award for our Chief turned out beautiful and he loves it! Customer service was great with answering my questions and concerns. Ordering was easy and the box is nice too. My only regret is not getting the etched writing on the front color filled because it blends in with the etched flag on the back which makes it difficult to read. Now I know for the next time we order from DIY Awards. It is the quality and desk-worthy award that we were hoping it would be. Thank you!
