DIY Awards was great to work with. They actually delivered the product just a bit earlier than I asked for which was service one doesn't see every day. We made a typographical error on our award and needed to have it made over. DIY worked with us and gave us a sizeable discount on the second award. They once again rushed the order to get it to us quickly!!! The work was extraordinary and allowed us to honor a long-time employee with something very beautiful and unique. I'm in process of creating another award with them. Will return often as I believe in this company.

Beautiful Products and Wonderful Service
The two products I ordered and received were beautiful. But what impressed me most was the service. I needed the plaques by Dec 27th, but even with the quickest shipping option, delivery was scheduled for December 28th, the day after I needed them, due to the Christmas holiday and a winter storm on the east coast. Nevertheless, because the products were exactly what I needed for a Pastor's retirement, I placed the order anyway. I was so happy when they were delivered on Dec 24th! Amazing, wonderful service!
