The product was fantastic. They returned my gift narratives on the gift as it would appear when I received it. They made chances as needed until I was satisfied. Greta quality. Heavy. I thought the blue lettering would not be easy to read, but it was. The gift was finally given to the person whose name was on the gift, and was extremely impressed. I recommend DIY if you are ;looking for a gift. Try them before you go else where.

Never heard of DIY but found them on line. Thought it was going another disaster. Well, it wasn't. From the time I started my search of a gift DIY Customer Service was always there. Emails were answered and returned promptly. They assisted as I needed and had my gift ordered. The item arrived on the day they said it would. It was well cased to avoid damage. Just as outstanding experience! I would recommend DIY to anyone looking for a nice gift. I was impressed with what I purchased. I normally do not write reviews, but know other people in my position always look for gifts of a quality material and attention to detail. Again, thank you for a great job.
