I am THRILLED, absolutely THRILLED with the job the team last DIY Awards did for me. It was a bit of a unique plaque; more of a letter to our daughter on one side with her AF assignments on the back side. On line I wasn't finding the open format I wanted with the blue AF symbol and in 1 simple email that was responded to almost immediately, they told me that what I was wanting could definitely be done! They helped me with the layout and getting it all to fit. Honestly, it's everything I hoped it would be & the customer service was beyond excellent!! Can't wait to give this gift to our daughter at her promotion. I highly recommend this company!!! Thank you~
