The templates for the glass crystal awards made the process painless easy and yet a beautiful finished product. I highly appreciate the superfast turnaround and delivery time and schedule. Adding color to the glass crystal etchings is a must as it makes for a rich deep 3d look that just pops inside the thick glass artistic peice. The book award stands on its own and is a perfect keepsake for those special occasions. We were overjoyed with the finished product packaged safely in a reusable foam presentation box that was carefully packed in a box within a box within a box covered with peanut foam nuggets between packaging layers to proctor the 2 and half pounds if crystal clear glass.
