At first I was a little apprehensive to trust an online order with the cost involved. But, I asked a question and it was followed up on right away, a good sign! Submitted my art work & layout, and the proof view was a big help before final approval. Everyone who saw it on the honor day said it was very nice work. I agree, Nice job. I selected the large & heavier 15lb piece & I would add EXTRA shipping peanuts in the carton creating a denser fill for cross country delivery. (They don’t control the individual package shipper handlers who toss a package ). That weight moved a lot more than necessary, but was unharmed; this time!
The inner box was protected nicely as I would expect. Not a complaint, just an observation for future improvement to keep a good thing on top of their game! RH TX
