The award we created using their product was beyond our expectations! It came shipped in great packaging and was beautifully done. There weren't even finger prints on the glass. Great quality and weight. During the review process they let you know based off of how many words you used if you should go up a size. If my boss had a bigger desk or display case I would have went bigger. I still love this style. The words where easy to read. I turned down the color option for symbol but regretting that I did not get it because it would have really kicked it up a notch. But it was still glorious looking. The surface was smooth and the frosted color in the back that created the stripes of the flag where just great. It created a wonderful background graphic that looked almost 3 dimensional.

I am beyond impressed. I have visited many shops and online vendors for awards. This was the only one I found where I can customize my order and get a preview before spending my money. When I presented my award to my supervisor everyone was impressed. The packaging protected the award and was nice enough to use a a gift box. The crystal award itself was of great quality. Great prices, and shipping cost. Shipping was fast. One thing I would suggest to the company is to add about 5 business cards to the package. That way I can give to coworkers for future ceremonies.
