I was sent a picture of the completed plaque to proofread, make corrections, if needed, and to approve of before it was printed. I placed My order on Monday, 8/8/22. This was My first time purchasing any product from DIY. I was very impressed with their customer service personnel Staff, they were very professional and patient with Me. I had made several revisions to both of My ordered items (plaques), and each time the staff made the changes. I mean in minutes, I would get a email/response of the revised revision.
The staff and I corresponded several times, all through the night (until 11:41pm), California time. I finally got it right and the final revision was emailed
to Me for My approval. Also the est. delivery date was Tuesday, 8/23/22, but on 8/9/22 I received a email stating My new delivery date was Monday, 8/15/22 before 4:30pm. I received My package on the 15th, around 12:30pm👍🏾
