The first time we ordered these, we were extremely satisfied with their quality. The awards are absolutely elegant. Over the years we have now been ordering them, I have yet to think we could do better. They are always an exquisite award that can be proudly presented to the top winners.

Each year in October our university presents awards to researchers. The top three award winners receive a crystal award made by DIY Awards. DIY Awards always is wonderful to work with. This year one award had a flaw and a replacement was quickly provided. We also received a delivery that had been crushed in transit. Inside, two of the fine cartons each award comes in had damage (awards were snuggly and safe). Since we provide the cartons to the winners for them to keep their awards in as they travel home with them, DIY Awards replaced those for us as well. Three beautiful awards, three good cartons and, again, a very satisfied customer here.
