Everything was awesome. Fast shipping. The only thing I would recommend is that blue or yellow color would be more visible or easier to read than the black or white since the crystal is cleared color. Overall, nice product!

It is a great company and very professional in thier job. Had no problem during the process, and through the eamil, things could be simplefied and clear to a customer.

I began the design and customer service assisted and knocked it out of the park! I requested a few changes and the changes were back to me within the day I sent them. I could not take delivery due to Hurricane Michael and customer service made sure I had a new plaque delivered in time for the retirement reception. Awesome!!!

Great product. Customer service was excellent! However, the writing on the base of the award was small, light, and harder to read than what was viewed for approval on the computer. Probably should have requested writing in bold print. Colorfill was nice addition.

Enjoyed the entire experience. The website was user friendly with a great selection of products. Found the perfect gift to present to faculty on behalf of our graduating cohort. Design consultants were able to change to our requested logo and place on the award. Received prompt and immediate responses.

The only complaint is that some of the writing is hard to read on the crystal glass. It looked fine on computer screen but small, light and hard to see on the product.
