I ordered a retirement plaque for an executive member of management. I received an email right away, verifying the order, and making recommendations (the font I had was going to be too small to be legible, so they recommended a larger size of the crystal plaque). It was personalized not only with the name and writing which matched the color of our logo, but the logo was inset into the crystal. It is so beautiful. I showed it to some of our staff, and one woman actually cried because it is so gorgeous. Also, I ordered the item on a Friday, and it was here the following week. So, not only did I receive exactly what I wanted - with their help and constant communication, but it came very quickly and was very well packaged. I am definitely going to order from them again.
