There was a time limit as to when we needed the plaque for an anniversary service. I started looking in February, liked what I saw (along with others) sent in personal wording, got example of plague the next day with price quote, shipping and handling. Plaque needed on Feb. 26. Ordered on February 19, and received on Feb. 24. Plaque is absolutely stunning in person. Picture doesn't do the actual plaque justice. Absolutely gorgeous. Will order from this company in the future, well worth the cost.
