My first surprise was the fast response I received after placing my order. I didn't expect to hear from anyone until the next business day which would have been Monday. To my surprise, I almost missed the email because they responded the same night asking about certain specifications that I may want. Then when I gave them those specification, less than 48hrs after I approved the final product, it was at my door. It was beautiful. It was spectacular. It was heavy...lol. However, my Director/Founder loved it and it was well received. Thank you again for making my last minute order seem like I ordered a long time ago. I think I should mention, I ordered this plaque less than a week before I needed. Excellent craftsmanship and the price was right. I've used DIY twice in the past prior to this instance and this is why I went back to them. They say the third time is a charm and they did not disappoint.
