My first surprise was the fast response I received after placing my order. I didn't expect to hear from anyone until the next business day which would have been Monday. To my surprise, I almost missed the email because they responded the same night asking about certain specifications that I may want. Then when I gave them those specification, less than 48hrs after I approved the final product, it was at my door. It was beautiful. It was spectacular. It was heavy...lol.
