The estimated delivery date is based on the assumption of the order placed by 8pm Eastern today.
Any questions, please call (800) 810-126 from 9am to 6pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.
For Expedited & Rush orders, we will email the artwork layout to you by 8am ET the next business day.
You will need to approve the artwork the same day by 8pm ET, 5pm PT, to meet the quoted arrival date.

What’s the turnaround time?
The turnaround time for your order is driven by the following factors:
We will email a proof for your review and approval.
Most of our orders are reviewed and approved by 8pm Eastern on the same business day.
It may take longer if you have multiple / complex changes. In such case, your estimated delivery date will be extended.
We will need at least one business day to make your custom award(s) and prepare the shipment.
We will make your personalized crystal awards only after you approve the proof.
The time it takes to ship your order from our product facilities to your destination.
How much does the shipping cost?
The shipping cost is available in “Your Cart” once the item(s) added to the cart.
Crystal awards tend to be heavy but fragile items.
We offer complimentary replacement for award damaged during transit.
PO Boxes, APO/DPO/FPO
FedEx and UPS are our primary shipping carriers. We will need a physical address for delivery.
Unfortunately, we don’t use USPS and won’t be deliver to PO Boxes.
APO/DPO/FPO or other U.S. armed forces addresses, however, can be fulfilled with extended lead time at additional cost.
We ship internationally to over 100 countries around the world.
A Shipping cost and transit time estimation is available once the item(s) is added to the cart.
You will be solely responsible for any incurred customs and tariffs entering your destination country.
