FAQs - Crystal Material

What do you use for your award items?

Our entire collections are made from the highest grade of absolutely clear optical crystal.

On some award items, we use black crystal and blue glass as accent.

Is all crystal the same?

No, there are many different types of crystal in the market.

Optical Crystal is considered one of the finest types of crystal available. It is as flawless and clear as the lenses inside your camera. It is one of the most popular choices for Corporate Recognitions.

Jade Glass is known for its light green tint caused by a content of iron ore. It doesn’t create rainbow prisms when placed in direct light and is used as an economical alternative to Optical Crystal.

Starfire Glass is the glass minus the green tint. It offers the clarity of acrylic but the hardness of the glass. All starfire glass still retain a hint of blue, so it is not as clear as crystal.

Acrylic Plastic is a useful, clear plastic that resembles glass in many ways. It is about half as heavy as glass and may turns yellow and brittle over time.
