I ordered a Minister Retirement Award for my step-father, who retired after 58 years of service! The award arrived very quickly and was exactly as I ordered. On presenting it to my step-father, he was so pleased he could not set it down. He spent the next 30 minutes showing the award to everyone in the room. The online instructions were easy to use to prepare the inscription on the plaque. Except for you can only type one line at a time and not like a typical text box where you just keep on typing. There was not mention of this in the instructions and it took a few minutes to figure out when my paragraph was like a run-on sentence and ran off the page. It might be easier for your customers to make a blurb to use the enter button for a new line.

The website is easy to use in selecting the type/style of award and designing the language needed to make it "special" for the person receiving it. Turn around time from date of order to delivery is fast!

I am really amazed at how fast my delivery was. I was a little late ordering for the occasion but it only took a few days after the final order. It was so easy. "Thank you for 2 beautiful awards. The recipients loved it & so did those of us that gave it to them. Thank you for a beautiful, fast paced job.
Unfortunately the person who received it claimed that it wasn't delivered so we didn't get it until the following day. Since we were all at the event already when we finally got it cleared up who had received it. So silly since she was asked 2 times on 3/25 am and pm and then again Thurs after 10 am! That was very disappointing. Also, when I read your note, see below that it would be delivered no later than 3-26-09 TR by 10 am, so I only checked at that time. If I'd checked the previous night, we might have had a chance to have them look again, especially with the tracking info. Perhaps you might want to add a note to whomever might be receiving it that they should check even before the scheduled delivery in case there are snafus like our case. You'd be doing them a favor because with all the things going on, some of us (me, for example) might not be reading the info correctly unless it's spelt out clearly... Check before it's due, in case it arrives early!
Again, thank you for these lovely awards. We really appreciate it. We were able to give it to them the following day at another event.
I will be recommending you very highly for anyone else needing such beautiful etched crystal awards, appreciation, etc. "
