I just received the crystal award we ordered in the mail and was blown away by the quality. First of all, it comes in a beautiful box that is nice enough to give at a ceremony. Then, upon opening the package, the crystal and engraving was of exceptional quality. We wanted our logo with a blue color fill and it looks incredible. To top it all off, your customer service department who sent me the proofs were knowledgeable and helpful when finalizing the design. Thank you so much! Had to email back with the results of our Awards Program. Everyone was surprised and very happy with their awards. The DIY Awards were the most professional looking of the lot. Your engraving was readable. The colors were crisp and sharp. My staff received different sizes and shapes. They have their awards out to be seen by all passing by. In the past they left them in the boxes. Everyone comments on how clear the crystal is.

"Thank you for 2 beautiful awards. The recipients loved it & so did those of us that gave it to them. Thank you for a beautiful, fast paced job.
Unfortunately the person who received it claimed that it wasn't delivered so we didn't get it until the following day. Since we were all at the event already when we finally got it cleared up who had received it. So silly since she was asked 2 times on 3/25 am and pm and then again Thurs after 10 am! That was very disappointing. Also, when I read your note, see below that it would be delivered no later than 3-26-09 TR by 10 am, so I only checked at that time. If I'd checked the previous night, we might have had a chance to have them look again, especially with the tracking info. Perhaps you might want to add a note to whomever might be receiving it that they should check even before the scheduled delivery in case there are snafus like our case. You'd be doing them a favor because with all the things going on, some of us (me, for example) might not be reading the info correctly unless it's spelt out clearly... Check before it's due, in case it arrives early!
Again, thank you for these lovely awards. We really appreciate it. We were able to give it to them the following day at another event.
I will be recommending you very highly for anyone else needing such beautiful etched crystal awards, appreciation, etc. "
